ORDINANCE NO. 202 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE 169 &
SECTION 3 and 4 OF ORDINANCE 104. CITY OF ordains as follows: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 169 is amended to read: MEMBERS. The Commission shall consist of five members, four shall be city residents but not officers or employees of the city, one shall be a member of the Council. Section 2. Section 3 subsection (2) of Ordinance 104 is amended to read: TERMS OF OFFICE. Regular
appointments to fill the four citizen positions shall be for terms of three years. Regular appointment of the one Council member position shall be for a term of one year. Appointments shall be made by
the Mayor and approved by the Council. Appointments expire on June 30 of the expiration year. Section 3. Section 4 of Ordinance 104 is amended to read: PRESIDING MEMBER. The appointed
Councilor shall be the chairperson. In July of each year the commission shall elect a vice-chairperson to serve for the following 12 months. Section 4. Section 32.02, 32.03 and 32.04 of the Dunes
