The Planning
Commission meeting was called to order by Planning Chairman,

4. Approval of the minutes

motion passed by vote of 1 aye and 2 abstentions with

6. Old business

said one of the functions of the Planning Commission is to advice the City
Council on Land Use issues.

said this is the opportunity and time to bring up any changes they would
like to have in the Code of Ordinances.

' recommendations, item by item.

recommended that if the Commissioners make a change in this, they should
require they add that the
Dunes
City
stormwater drainage plan is used after it is enacted.

made the motion to accept the
recommendations under Policy A5 as written by
Larry

with the addition under item one,
require a
Dunes
City
Stormwater Drainage Plan when
implemented.

seconded the motion. The
motion passed by unanimous vote.

said it sounds like if an individual homeowner comes to the City for a
plumbing or electricity permit, there is going to have to be a site
review.

Henderson
said it should include new construction only.
Commissioner
Bassett
said they could change it to state that all construction altering the
footprint of the existing structure and/or increasing the impervious
surface over 200 square feet on property contiguous to a lake will require
a site review.

made the motion that they suggest
to the Council that no amendment to 155.4.2 (B) (1) be made.
