Approval of the Agenda
Councilor
Wells made a motion to approve the Agenda.

seconded the motion. The
motion passed by unanimous vote.

Resolution
Series 2011, No. 9 (

explained that this resolution would transfer $1,600.00 from the 2010-2011
General Fund Materials & Service’s Consulting line item to the 911
Fund Emergency Communication Requirements line item to ensure that necessary
resources are available to cover expenses. He added that the resolution had
been reviewed and approved by Sally Jaeggli, the City’s Auditor, and Sandi
King from the Oregon Department of Revenue (Finance & Taxation).

The motion was seconded by Councilor Wells.
The motion passed unanimously.
