Peter Howison opened the meeting at 7:04 .

Those in attendance were Darlene and Marv Beckman, Dave Bellemore, Cynthia Chandler, Steve Chun, David Dumas, Audrey and Ralph Farnsworth, Peter Howison, Richard Koehler, Susie Navetta, Gordon and Lori Robertson, and John Stead.

The meeting opened with suggestions for topics of discussion. The Master Road Plan, 1000 foot setback, PUD’s, Fences, Community water and sewer systems, and the definitions became the agenda.

Page 125 – 1000’ setback.  Denise Kalakay (LCOG) wrote the Source Water Assessment Report for the Alderwood Water Development Company in 2001.  Maps in the report are for Alderwood Water Development’s Drinking Water Protection Area.  This report followed a report done by DEQ concerning the commercial businesses just out side our UGB.

Page 125 – 155.4.3.130.2.l.  A tree coverage map. Change first sentence to read:  For properties containing less than 16 trees per acre the map shall include the location of every conifer tree…  The third sentence should read:  For properties containing 16 or more Conifer trees per acre the map or an aerial photo with enough detail to show the tree stands tree…

Page 127 – 155.4.3.140.A.6 add the word conifer after existing in the sentence.

Page 135 – 155.4.5.102 Description, third remove the word Often and begin the sentence with Based.

Page 8 – add a definition for cluster housing. Steve Chun will be working on a definition.

Page 137 – C.  A community sewage and a community water system are required for the PUD’s with five or more lots.  The Boundary Commission…

Page 137 – 155.4.5.106 Land coverage.  Second sentence: Street rights-of-way as well as setbacks on individual owned lots shall not be considered open space.

Page 14 – Master Road Plan in the definitions and any other place in 182 needs to be removed.

“Fences” - has not been changed since the 11/22 draft to 3’6” or 4’ as requested by the CCI.

The Site Review permit process will be put on the back burner until after the first of the year.

Ordinances for Erosion Control, Phosphorus Reduction and Stormwater Management will now be the first priority of the CCI.

The 319 grant has been submitted.
